Beyong Thirty..

A tree can live up to hundred or even thousands of years. As they age, they become immense and majestic.

Wines, on the other hand, develop as they ferment over time.

The result? More complex flavor.

Growing old is a sophisticated physiological event that can alter a given being.

Yet, many humans refuse to succumb to the “bitter” reality. While scientists longed for finding the mysterious elixir, many companies raced to create the best crème, filler, or product to help.

Well, help is certainly not their main goal. Their foremost concern may, most certainly, be the green bill.

Nonetheless, one can ask a couple of questions when it comes to that delicate subject.

Why should a person rush to hide the marks of time?

Isn’t white hair, for instance, considered a sign of wisdom?
The wrinkles may, however, show you the residues of the laughter we experienced in the past years.

While this may seem natural, people tend to artificially cover up the drama their bodies suffered.

As we grow older, we tend to panic once the birthday celebrations pass.
We quickly realize that this ceremony takes you closer to death.
Instead of looking at our frail bodies, we ignore the achievements we completed during the past 365 days.

Going beyond thirty can seem daunting but if we stop for a moment, look back and think about the experiences we endured, can’t we look at ageing with a novel point of view?
